What Is the Dentaclarity National Price Index?

The Dentaclarity National Price Index is an independent, aggregated data resource tracking dental fee structures across the United Kingdom. It consolidates publicly available NHS patient charge schedules, SDR (Statement of Dental Remuneration) data, and aggregated private market fee surveys to produce a neutral, analytical benchmark for patients, researchers, and healthcare analysts.

Unlike commercial comparison platforms, Dentaclarity does not facilitate bookings, referrals, or commercial transactions. All data is presented for informational and analytical purposes, consistent with the standards of a public health data resource.

Data Methodology: NHS fee data is sourced from official NHS England, NHS Wales, and NHS Scotland patient charge schedules. Private fee medians are derived from aggregated market surveys conducted across registered GDC practices. All figures are verified as of May 2026.
